After more than 15 years leading financial strategy and business transformation at Deloitte, Accenture, and senior roles inside creative agencies, Yasmine Nozile founded Ykira Financial Services with one clear goal: to cut through the noise and deliver results. Known for her direct, but also empathetic approach and a talent for turning complexity into clarity, Yasmine built Ykira to be the partner that simply helps founders sleep better at night. She’s found anxiety of the unknown and fear to know it all and do it all isn’t the recipe for business success.

  • Our founder is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic planning. A driven financial management professional with experience in change management, operational process improvement, business transformation, P&L financial management, contract negotiations, and HR management. A proven problem solver with the ability to identify, analyze, and address challenges, leading to increased customer satisfaction, improved efficiency, and reduced costs.

    Yasmine holds an MBA in Finance and has worked with businesses and agencies across various industries, from startups to multinational corporations.

  • Maria Zadoro is a seasoned accounting and administrative professional with over 20 years of experience supporting businesses through every stage of the financial cycle, from payables and receivables to payroll and month-end close. Known for her precision and reliability, she brings deep expertise across platforms including QuickBooks, Bill.com, NetSuite, AdVantage, Great Plains, MAS 90, Peachtree, and MYOB. Maria’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to stakeholder care make her a trusted asset in maintaining financial accuracy, efficiency, and continuity across teams.

  • C'Angelo Dawkins brings over 6 years of financial expertise to the table as an experienced analyst who excels in budget management, reporting, and project oversight. He's proven himself as a valuable financial partner who delivers clear, actionable insights that help businesses make smarter decisions.
